Hey everyone! Today’s post is going to be a review of the March 2018 Boxycharm box! This is one of my favorite beauty subscription boxes. The value and products included amaze me every single month.

Boxycharm is $21.00 a month and each month you get 4-6 beauty items that will include nail care, skin care, makeup, haircare, fragrance and more!
This month’s theme is Bae-cation!
This transitional palette can be used now, or later, to bring vibrancy back into your look. Our signature silky smooth ultra-matters are paired with pretty pinks and a vibrant blue to lighten the mood. Plus, you can layer the shimmer shades for a duo chrome finish.
This is a super gorgeous palette. The shades are absolutely stunning and the pigmentation is out of this world, even with the mega bright colors. I love versatile palettes like this one that can be used to make hundreds of different looks. This is a welcome addition to my makeup collection!
+ Bellapierre Cosmetics Volumizing Mascara, $23.00.
BellaPierre’s long lasting, volumizing mascara was formulated to help create thicker and fuller lashes.
I’ve used this once, and based on first impressions, I’m pleased with it. I don’t think it will be hitting holy grail status anytime soon, but it’s a nice mascara. The wand works well and the color is a very nice, opaque black. I don’t love the packaging, it has a bit of a cheap feel for me, but I can overlook that for quality.
+ South Mane Beauty Under Eye Gels, $9.00.
Our under eye gels are great for an easy mask without the clean up. They soften and moisturize to ensure that you look rested and refreshed!
These eye gels claim to reduce puffiness, reduce dark circles and moisturize the eye area. It says for best results, to use for three days in a row. I’m on day 2 and I have noticed a slight difference in my under eye area, so I have high hopes for after I complete the three day regimen. I enjoy these under eye masks and use them along with a lip mask, normally which is a nice treat from a typical mask or a sheet mask.
This brush set trio will enable you to create a stunning smokey eye. Use your Shadow Brush to sweep a light, shimmery color over your lids. Pack a darker colour onto the Angled Shadow Brush and work into the creases of your eyelid and outer corners. The Smudger Brush can be used to blend the two shades together, or alternatively use an even darker color to accentuate the crease and define your lash line.
New brushes are always welcome in my house. I love trying out different styles and I’ve learned that not every brush is created equally. There are some that I use every single day without fail and there are some that I cannot stand to use, but am holding onto hope that one I will fall in love with them. These brushes are nice and soft. They feel very well made and so far, they’re working pretty well!
+ Pretty Vulgar Make Them Blush in Prim Vixen, $26.00.
Make Them Blush powder blush awakens your complexion and provides a natural, glowy flush to your cheeks. This silky-smooth formula is long-wearing and highly pigmented. The buildable blush powder can be worn alone or paired with a multidimensional pop of color that will flatter any complexion.
This is a brand that I’ve always been interested in and always makes me want to try more products. The packaging alone is some of the most beautiful packaging I’ve ever seen. This color is very bright, and was a bit shocking to me when I first saw it, but it actually does sheer out rather nicely and looks great on my pale skin. I think this would be a great color for any skin tone, and it is able to sheer out or build up in color!
This is definitely one of my favorite subscriptions of all time. It’s great for those that want to bulk up their makeup collection. It’s great for moms who need a little monthly self-care treat. It’s great for wives that want to try out some new looks for date night. I think anybody can find a good reason for this box, and it’s definitely worth the $21.00 price point. If you enjoy makeup, I highly recommend checking this one out!
I paid $21.00 for $117.35 worth of products!
Have you tried anything by the Pretty Vulgar brand? What is your favorite type of mask?
