Hey ya’ll! So, I’m not sure if you know this, but once a year, ULTA has a platinum perk day where they offer platinum (and diamond) members 10x the points on select items and 5x the points on everything else! There have been a few things I’ve had my eyes on, so I finally decided to pull the trigger and cash in some of the points I’ve been banking up + get a nice little bonus for myself. I kept my haul to the items that were 10x the points only to get the best bang for my buck, but I thought I’d share with you the things I’ve been eyeing for awhile!
The first thing I picked up was the BeautyBlender Instaclean Waterless Sponge and Brush Cleansing Spray ($16). I actually picked up two of these. I’ve been interested in this since it was released. It’s described as a dry shampoo for your brushes – a fast drying spray spot cleaner for brushes and beauty sponges that you don’t have to rinse. I just feel like this will be great to use in between brush cleanings, so I’m really excited to try it out!
My next pick-up is the Bumble & Bumble Surf Infusion ($29). I’m actually using the Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray right now and it’s one of my favorite wave sprays! This is an oil-infused salt spray, so it’s supposed to add a sheen to your hair. Since I’m such a fan of the original, I had to grab this version to test out the differences.
Now onto makeup! I got the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Breakout Full-Coverage Treatment Concealer ($28). This is such a cool concept! I love It Cosmetics concealer line + their CC creams – this is a full-coverage concealer that is supposed to help treat acne too! I love that it has a wand (which can be difficult for sanitary purposes, but there are ways around that), which I love and the blending power is amazing based on my first impressions. I can’t wait to use this some more.
Then I picked up The NARS Wanted 1 Cheek Palette ($55). I love NARS face products, and their blushes get me everytime. . .
I mean, look at how beautiful these pans are! There are 6 shades in this palette, and the size is actually pretty decent. There’s definitely a good amount of product here, and I seem to be growing a little collection of NARS palettes, but I haven’t been disappointed yet!
Speaking of building my collection, the last thing I got was the NARS Cheek Studio Palette ($55). This is so gorgeous! This comes with two contouring blushes, a bronzing powder, and four blush shades. I seriously am dying over this packaging. These NARS palettes are definitely splurge items, but these and Hourglass palettes are definitely my holy grails!
Did you get anything from the 10x points day? Do you like NARS cheek palettes?
