Okay, I feel the need to add a little disclaimer here – when I say “no-makeup”, I do use that term loosely. My 15 minute makeup routine does use several products, but this is a look that provides a natural looking finish – nothing too dramatic or glamorous – and I can complete in under 15 minutes, which is great for those days that I’m running a tad behind or need to get ready rather quickly. So, today I’m going to walk you through this makeup look and give some nice tips about products that can help speed up your makeup routine!

I start with a primer, and for quick makeup days, I like to use a spray primer. Spray primers are fast to apply and surprisingly, do a really excellent job of holding my makeup in place throughout the day. For this look, I like the Makeup Revolution Aqua Prime Base Spray ($9). This sprays on evenly and a little goes a long way. This comes with 3.38 FL OZ, which is a pretty great size for a spray primer.

Then I apply my base. For this look, I really love the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ in Light ($38). This is a favorite among many for several reasons. It applies beautifully, blends out flawlessly. It provides a natural medium coverage and blurs out any imperfections on the skin. I love that it has sunscreen in it, because that means I can skip that skincare step!

I blend the CC cream in using a damp BeautyBlender ($20). These are definitely a cult classic. I use a beautyblender for the majority of my cream + liquid applications. It just helps everything go on streak-free – smoothly, flawlessly, beautifully.

I like to use a full-coverage concealer that blends nicely and adds some highlight to the areas that I want highlighted, while still correcting and concealing the areas that need help with that. For this purpose, my favorite concealer to use is the Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer ($28). This concealer has a larger-than-average wand, which makes it easy to cover a large surface area. The formula is a creamy consistency that blends out so beautifully and helps meet all of my needs.

For face powder, bronze, highlight + blush, when I’m in a hurry, I always reach for an Hourglass palette. This particular palette was a limited edition palette that was released for the holidays a couple of years ago. While this palette is no longer available, you can get the new one (released for this year) right here for $80. These powders are soft-focus powders that swatch terribly, but look so beautiful on the skin. I just recently picked up some more of these. This is a great palette to use on days like this because everything applies so evenly, blends so smoothly and makes your skin look absolutely perfect!

Once I’m finished with my face makeup, I move onto eyes. I like to use simple quads when I’m in a hurry instead of larger palettes. It makes choosing colors and applying go a little quicker. For this simpler day, I chose the MACxPatrick Starrr Eye Shadow x 4 in Glam AF ($32). This is a beautiful, neutral quad that has all the quality that MAC eyeshadows tend to run with.

I also did my eyeliner & brows here – I used the MAC Eyebrow Styler in Spiked ($19) for my brows, the Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner in Black ($22) for my upper lash line + wing, and the NYX Kohl Kajal Black Eyeliner ($8) for my waterline. These products are all very simple, straight to the point and easy to use. They’re all great quality and products I typically reach for when I need a “sure thing” product!

I am a huge fan of Covergirl mascaras – they’re affordable, opaque and long-lasting. Today, I used the Covergirl Total Tease Mascara ($8.99). I just curl my lashes and apply this. It’s quick, it’s smooth – I couldn’t ask for more!

The last step is a quick coat of a lippie – I tend to reach for liquid lipsticks on mad dash days. They’re quick to apply and don’t require as careful precision as a traditional lipstick requires. For a more natural look, I decided to use the NARS Velvet Lip Glide in Cozumel ($26). It’s a very pretty neutral shade that adds just a tiny shine to my lips, but is easy enough to apply that I can just stash it in my bags for applications on the go!

The final steps of this look are just doing my hair + getting dressed! I love how easy it is, but how nice the final result it.
