Over the years, I’ve tried dozens upon dozens of different beauty and makeup brands. I’ve found brands that I love and brands that I won’t touch with a 10-foot pole. It seems that new brands are coming out of the woodwork every other day now. The market is getting a tad over saturated, but there still are those brands that pop up that are rather intriguing. There are a few that I’ve noticed that I really want to try. A couple are newer and a couple have been around for a while, but I thought that I’d share them today. If you’ve ever tried anything from any of these brands, please let me know!

The first brand that I’m really interested in is Violet Voss Cosmetics. Violet Voss is a cruelty free makeup brand that specializes in glitter products. They have beautiful palettes and recently launched a Flamingo line. I’ve seen her stunning palettes on social media and in Sephora before, but this Flamingo Eyeshadow Palette really caught my eye. It is sold out now, and I’m assuming they’re not bringing it back since it was a Summer release, but I’m so excited to see what comes next from this brand!

The next brand is Beauty Bakerie. This is seriously one of the cutest beauty brands that I have ever seen. Everything is packaged up like baking items! My favorites and a couple of items on my wishlist are the Flour Setting Powder and the Cake Mix Demi-Matte Foundation – which has a pretty nice shade range! The story behind this brand is so eye-opening and inspiring and I love the everything about it. This is one of those do-good brands that also makes cute, quality products (or so I’ve heard). I can’t wait to find out for myself!

This third brand I’ve been wanting to try is Milk Makeup. Milk Makeup has cornered the market with unique products,  and they’re everywhere! They have a Silicone-Free Matte Primer in stick form, a whole mess of highlighters that don’t seem like the regular highlights that everyone and their uncle are releasing, and a clicker foundation! They have amazing shade ranges in almost everything, and some stunning shimmers as well. I’m always taken aback when I see pictures of their products, and I am dying to get my hands on some.

The fourth brand that is on my list is Glossier. Glossier is described as “easy-to-use skincare and makeup that form the backbone to your routine”. After all the excitement from the previous brands, I think a nice back-to-basics brand is definitely needed. The packaging of this brand is so on-trend and sleek, I can’t help but be entranced by every picture that I see. I’ve been hearing so much about their eyebrow gel, Boy Brow and this is definitely at the top of my list for Glossier.

The last brand that I’ve been wanting to try is Flesh. This is actually a more prestige brand owned by Revlon! It’s described as skin flattering makeup that refines “flesh color”. They have an absolutely incredible shade range for their foundation – which is name FLESH THICKSTICK. Did no one catch that? Was it done on purpose? I have so many questions. . . but I’m so happy to see brands increasing the color family of their face products and this brand is really setting the bar high!

What brands are on your wishlist? What are you dying to try?
