FabFitFun is a lifestyle subscription box that is sent out seasonally (4 times a year). It is $49.99 a box. Each season they send you a box of $200+ worth items in categories like beauty, fashion, and fitness.
The FabFitFun Edit Sales are some of my favorite shopping events throughout the year, and it seems that every time there are at least a few goodies that tempt me. I wasn’t aware of any special deals or gift with purchases this time around, so I didn’t go overboard with my purchases, but I did pick up a couple of exciting new finds!
The first thing that I picked up is this Kate Spade Eat Cake For Breakfast Insulated Tumbler ($18 ARV, I paid $9). I drink a ton of Mountain Dew and I’m actually not a huge fan of drinking out of cans, so I normally drink out of tumblers. Now this does mean I have a pretty OK collection of tumblers, but I’m always on the look out for new ones since they do get kinda rough after a while and need to be replaced. I am a huge fan of Kate Spade and I love the style and design of her items, so this is a great fit for me!
The rest of my haul is beauty related products! Oops. I picked up the BLUR Restorative Microneedle Treatment ($175 ARV, I paid $39). Honestly, I was just super curious about why 4 mask treatments retail for $175. This is a first to combine the expertise or physicians and skin care professionals in L.A. and it features a hyaluronic acid infused microneedle delivery system with a concentrated infusion containing Beta Glucan and additional proven key ingredients for dramatic results in moisturization, firmness, fine lines, and overall appearance. I will definitely be testing this out on my Instagram (@mommymessmer), and I highly recommend you take a look!
I also got two sheet mask sets – I got the Beautaniq Beauty Radiant Glow Brightening and Youth Renewing Mask, 5 CT ($25 ARV, I paid $5). I’ve never used these masks before, but I’m always down to try a new mask. I also got the Touch in Sol My Daily Story Moisturizing Ceramide, 3 CT ($9 ARV, I paid $5). These masks I have tried before, and I really liked them so I was really pleased they had a 3 pack at a slight discount!
This is weirdly one of the products that I’m most excited about, the Skyn Iceland Micellar Cleansing Water ($25 ARV, I paid $9). I have been obsessed with micellar waters lately and I always have amazing luck with Skyn Iceland products, so I can’t wait to try out this one! Plus, this has a pump dispenser, which is seriously my favorite. So easy to use. I may just end up reusing this bottle after I’m done with it!
I only ended up getting one makeup product this time around. I snagged the Beauty Crop Lip Brulee Set in Sultry Berry and Reds ($44 ARV, I paid $9). This comes with 5 full size Lip Brulees in the shades Rhubarb Custard, Berry Tart, Cherry Glaze, Red Velvet, and Gumdrop. I will admit that I tried a Beauty Crop lippie from a subscription box about a year or so again and it was pure garbage, but this set was so adorable that I decided to give their lippies another chance.
I swatched them here and I’m a bit nervous about the formula based on these swatches, but I haven’t tried them on the lips yet, so I’m still holding out hope that these work better than the other lippie that I tried from this brand.
Did you pick up anything from the FabFitFun edit sale? Have you ever tried any of these products? What else do you love from Kate Spade?
